Co-founded in St. John’s in 2016 by brothers Josh and Zach Green. It remains a private Canadian company, but it has raised substantial outside equity from Cycle Capital, Round13, BDC, EDC, Killick and others. Public sources do not provide a current cap table establishing >50% Canadian beneficial control.
Mysa states that products are engineered and tested in Canada; that is not sufficient evidence that physical manufacturing occurs in Canada, so manufacturing fields remain unknown.
